Rehabilitation and Return to Work Policy

GC Tilt Trays P/L is committed to implementing an effective rehabilitation and return to work program for the benefit of all employees, who incur injury or illness while employed by the company.

Workplace rehabilitation is essential to the process of healing and recovery It includes early provisions of timely and adequate services, including suitable duties programs.

Our rehabilitation and return to work policies are communicated to all persons working for GC Tilt Trays P/L.

 

To achieve our objectives, GCTT focus on:

 

• A safe and healthy environment to be always maintained.

• Ensuring rehabilitation programs comply with the relevant State or Territory statutory requirements.

• Implementing a progressive rehabilitation program for affected workers where required.

• Ensuring all worker’s functional capacity is appropriate, for any alternative duties that may be allocated during the rehabilitation program.

• Maintaining injury and management awareness at all levels of the Company and promoting the value of effective rehabilitation and return to work programs.

• Comply with all return-to-work policies and procedures.

• Ensuring everyone is committed to achieving our goals and objectives.

• Report all WHS incidents, injuries, or accidents.

• Hold a duty of care to themselves and others in the workplace.
